Introductory/ Taster Days

If you would like an introductory day or weekend to following a shamanic practice or want a refresher day, this could be perfect for you. The day is tailor made to suit you or your small group and might include:

Journeying to the upper, lower and middle world
Healing methods
Teachings about beliefs held by native people
Medicine walks
Finding your power animal or deepening the relationship
Working with plant spirits
Meditations
Songs
Drumming
And more...!

The day includes a home-made and nourishing lunch as well as snacks and drinks. My home is right next to two beautiful nature reserves which allows us to really connect with nature and Mother Life. This can be a 1:1 session or small groups up to 6 (if you have a group of friends that would like to take part). If you would like to take part as a small group but don't have others that would like to come, just let me know and I can add you to a list of similar people and we can arrange a suitable date.

Cost is per day is:

1 person - £150

2 people - £90 per person

4 people - £75 per person

6 people - £65 per person

Drum or rattle making

Whilst I do not run these myself, I have an amazing friend you is truly gifted in this. Please contact me of you have a group of 4 or more that would like to birth a drum or rattle. Her prices are very, very reasonable (below most I've seen) and yet the integrity and quality is incredible.
